**The Captain is responsible for the overall safety of all aboard and security of the vessel. The safe navigation to and from ports and is in full command of the ultimate decision to determine final destinations.
A Captain is expected to be responsible for their own self-preservation and upkeep.
A Captain is not allowed to engage in babysitting, cooking, or cleaning services on behalf of guests.
A Captain is not allowed to carry on teaching or sailing instructions unless where the charter was booked as an instructional sailing course. Please refer to policy guide.
